国内外成品油管道调度研究进展

Research progress on products pipeline scheduling at home and abroad

随着全球成品油管道的加速建设与投产,成品油管道系统的经济、高效运行倍受关注与重视,成品油管道调度计划编制与执行的重要性日益凸显。通过调研国内外成品油管道调度相关文献,结合国内外成品油管道运营方式和管理机制差异,评述了国内外成品油管道调度的研究现状,总结了目前成品油管道调度领域的主要研究方法和研究成果,并对今后成品油管道调度的研究方向进行了展望。

As the construction and commissioning of products pipelines are sped up all over the world, the economic and efficient operation of products pipeline systems has attracted much attention. Therefore, the planning and implementation of the finished oil pipeline scheduling plan is particularly important. In this paper, the relevant literatures on the products pipeline scheduling at home and abroad were reviewed. Then, based on the differences of domestic and foreign products pipelines in terms of operation mode and management mechanism, the research status of products pipeline scheduling at home and abroad was discussed and the main research methods and research results in the field of products pipeline scheduling were summarized. Finally, the future research direction of products pipeline scheduling was prospected. （34 References）
