摘要
脉管制冷机是目前最常用的小型低温制冷机之一,直线电机驱动的线性压缩机是脉管制冷机的关键部件。介绍了应用于脉管制冷机的直线电机的两种主要类型,其中包括动圈式和动磁式直线电机的多种结构形式以及各形式的特点,对直线电机的设计、监测和运行三个方面进行了综述,指出了今后脉管制冷机用直线电机的发展趋势,为该领域的科研工作者提供参考。
The pulse tube refrigerator is one of the most commonly used small-scale cryogenic refrigerators. The linear compressor driven by a linear motor is a key component of the pulse tube refrigerator. The two main types of linear motors used in pulse tube refrigerators were introduced,including various structures of the moving coil type and moving magnetic linear motors,as well as the characteristics of various types. The linear motor design,monitoring and operation were described. The development trend of the linear motor for pulse tube refrigerators was pointed out,which would provide reference for scientific researchers in this field.
