高温超导材料Ag-Mg合金包套力学性能研究

摘要 高温超导材料Bi-2212在4.2K具有优异的磁场载流性能,是高场应用的首选材料之一。然而,其塑性差、对应变敏感的特性阻碍了其在实际中的应用。测试了Ag、Ag-Mg合金以及以Ag-Mg合金作为包套的Bi-2212导线在不同温度下的机械性能,结果表明使用Ag-Mg合金做包套可以有效提高Bi-2212线材机械性能,是确保Bi-2212实际应用的有效手段。 At 4.2 K,the high-temperature superconducting material Bi-2212 has an outstanding conductor-carrying capacity in magnetic field. It is one of the preferred magnet materials chosen for high magnetic application. However,Bi-2212 phase has low plasticity and is sensitive to strain,which hinders its application in practice. In this paper,mechanical tensile properties of Ag,Ag-Mg alloy,and Bi-2212 wires whose sheath was Ag-Mg alloy were tested and compared at 4.2 K,77 K,and 300 K,respectively. It turned out that Ag-Mg alloy could enhance the mechanical properties of Bi-2212 wires,so it wa an effective way to guarantee the application of Bi-2212.
