摘要
为综合高效回收利用难处理金矿资源,以云南某复杂难处理金矿浮选尾矿(金品位为0.75 g/t)为研究对象,尾矿通过"再磨再选"浮选工艺获得金精矿,工艺指标良好,金精矿产率2.22%,金品位22.58 g/t,金回收率16.66%(对原矿)。全流程闭路试验获得的金精矿总产率6.67%,金品位41.62 g/t,金回收率92.25%,最终尾矿金品位降至0.25 g/t。研究结果为难处理金矿石的选别提供了有益参考。
For the comprehensive efficient recovery and utilization of refractory gold resources,this paper took a floatation tailing of a refractory gold ore as the in Yunnan as research object(gold grade 0. 75 g/t),and obtained the gold concentrate through the regrinding and re-flotation process. The good indicators were obtained: the yield of gold concentrate was 2. 22%,the gold grade was 22. 58 g/t,and the recovery of gold is16. 66%(to the raw ore). The total yield of gold concentrate was 6. 67% with complete closed circuit,the gold grade was 41. 62 g/t,the recovery of gold is 92. 25%,and the gold grade of final tailings was 0. 25 g/t. The research results provide a useful reference for the refractory gold ore.
