摘要
针对湖南某碳酸岩型白钨矿进行了选矿试验研究。试验确定在磨矿细度为-74μm占75%,Na_2CO_3用量1 200 g/t,Na_2SiO_3+HW用量1 600+400 g/t,DL用量200 g/t条件下,对该白钨矿进行浮选回收。试验最终获得白钨精矿WO_3品位63.39%,WO3回收率79.89%。
The test was carried out on a carbonate-type scheelite ore from Hunan. The grade of WO3 63. 39% and the recovery rate of WO3 79. 89% were obtained in normal temperature while the grinding fineness was 75% below 74 μm and the dosage of Na2CO3 was 1 200 g/t,Na2SiO3+ HW was 1 600 + 400 g/t,DL 200 g/t.
