摘要
对商品化JS防水涂料的耐水性能进行系统评价与分析,发现现有JS防水涂料浸水7 d后的耐水性能较差,在长期浸水环境下,VAE类乳液制得的JS防水涂料的可靠性优于苯丙类乳液制得的JS防水涂料,但是仍不能满足长期浸水环境下的应用要求;同时,通过研究吸水率和拉伸性能的变化规律,初步找到了JS防水涂料耐水性能较差的原因。
The systematic evaluation and analyses on water resistance of commercialized JS waterproofing material show that its water resistance is not too good after immersed in water for 7 days. And the reliability of the coating made with VAE type emulsion is better than that made with styrene-acrylic emulsion when immersed in water over a long period of time, but can still not meet the requirements in immersed in water over a long period of time. In addition, by study on change of water absorption and tensile strength of the coating, it is found why JS waterproofing coating is not so good in water resistance.
