摘要
以羟基封端的聚二甲基硅氧烷为基础聚合物,加入适量的填料、增塑剂、交联剂、扩链剂、触变剂、偶联剂和催化剂,制备了一种低模量的硅酮耐候密封胶,并对比了基础聚合物的摩尔质量和扩链剂、填料等对硅酮密封胶模量的影响。
A low modulus silicone sealant is prepared by adding a proper amount of fillers, plasticizers, crosslinker, chain extender, thixotropic agent, coupling agent and catalyst, with hydroxyl terminated poly(two methyl siloxane) as the base polymer. The influences of molar mass of basic polymer and chain extender and filler on the modulus of silicone sealant are compared.
