摘要
结合严寒地区混凝土冻害特点,简述了水工建筑物抗冻害表面防护的必要性,介绍了主料喷涂型单组分聚脲防水涂料和辅料聚合物基面修复材料的特点、性能参数、复合使用施工方法及应用情况。实践表明,以喷涂型单组分聚脲防水涂料作为表面防护、聚合物基面修复材料作为底层修复的防护技术,能够有效地解决水工建筑物的冻害问题和混凝土的其他病害问题。
Concrete frost damages in severe cold area are often occurred. The article briefly describes necessity of anti-frost surface protection in hydraulic structures and introduces characteristics, property parameters and hybrid application of spray single component polyurea waterproofing coating as main material and polymer base repair material as auxiliary material.Actual application shows that surface protective technology, including using spray single component polyurea waterproofing coating for surface protection and polymer material for base repair, can effectively solve frost problem of hydraulic structures and other concrete problems as well.
