摘要
为提高改性腈纶纤维酸性荧光染料染色性能,采用三乙烯四胺对腈纶纤维进行化学改性。探究了染色时间、温度、p H、Na Cl、十二烷基苯磺酸钠及染料用量对改性腈纶酸性荧光染料染色性能的影响,测试了酸性荧光染料对改性腈纶的上染百分率和K/S值。实验结果表明:在100℃条件下,当染料用量为1%(owf),p H 5,保温染色40 min时,改性腈纶酸性荧光嫩黄FA和酸性荧光艳红FA均可获得较高的上染百分率和K/S值。
In order to improve the dyeing performance of acrylic fiber dyeing with acid fluorescent dyes,acrylic fiber was chemically modified with triethyleneteramine. The effects of p H value,dyeing temperature,time and dosage of sodium chloride,dyes and sodium dodecyl sulfate on dyeing properties of modified acrylic fiber with acid fluorescent dyes were studied. The dye-uptake and K/S value of dyed modified acrylic fiber were tested. The results showed that the higher dye-uptakeand K/S value achieved when the acid fluorescent yellow FA and red FA was 1%(owf),p H 5,dyeing at 100 ℃ for 40 min.
