摘要
采用N-甲基吗啉-N-氧化物(NMMO)水溶液溶解棉纤维,并通过单因素实验法分析棉纤维溶解过程中溶解温度、NMMO的质量分数、二甲基亚砜(DMSO)溶胀时间、溶质与溶剂比例等对棉纤维溶解效果的影响。优化结果表明:当溶解温度为120℃,NMMO的质量分数为87%,DMSO溶胀150min,溶质与溶剂比为1:50时,NMMO溶液对棉纤维的溶解效果相对较好。
The cotton fiber was dissolved in aqueous solution of N-methylmorpholine-N-oxide(NMMO). The effects of dissolving temperature,mass fraction of NMMO,swelling time of DMSO,solute to solvent ratio on the dissolution of cotton fiber were analyzed by single factor experiment. The results showed that the NMMO solution dissolved cotton fibers relatively better at 120 ℃ with 87% NMMO mass fraction,150 min DMSO swelling time and 1:50 solute to solvent ratio.
