女性卫生巾结构及吸收性能研究

Research on the Structure and Absorption Properties of Female Napkins

对10种国内外品牌卫生巾产品进行了结构分析,并对其吸水倍率、渗入量和回渗量等性能进行了测试。结果显示:卫生巾的面层材料仍以热风非织造材料为主,导流层在卫生巾中应用较普遍,芯体重量和组成成分对吸收性能影响较大。总体而言,国内外卫生巾产品吸收性能无明显差异,10种不同品牌卫生巾中90%符合国家标准要求,仅有1种进口品牌的渗入量不合格。

The structures of 10 kinds of domestic and foreign brands female napkins were analyzed,and their absorption rate,infiltration capacity,rewet and other properties were tested. The results showed that the surface material of napkins was still mainly made of hot air nonwoven materials and the diversion layer was wildly used in napkins. The weight and composition of the core layer influenced the absorption performance greatly. To sum up,the absorption performance of domestic and foreign brands napkins had no significant difference and90% of 10 different brands napkins conformed to relevant national standards except one foreign brand failing in filtration capacity.
