摘要
随着汽车安全事故的频发,人们愈加重视汽车的安全性,对汽车座椅面料的阻燃性能也提出了更高的要求。介绍了汽车座椅面料的安全指标、常用汽车座椅面料。同时从阻燃纤维开发、阻燃整理加工技术、阻燃剂开发三方面阐述了座椅面料的阻燃整理研究现状。通过对比分析卤系阻燃剂和无卤阻燃剂的研究现状及其优缺点,指出未来汽车座椅面料的阻燃整理技术应向无卤化、无毒、稳定性、高效性发展,重在提高无卤阻燃剂的阻燃效率,各阻燃剂之间的复配协效,新技术和新材料的引进,减小有毒有害指标释放。
With the increase of auto accidents,more and more attention has been paid to vehicle safety as well as the flame retardant properties of vehicle seat-cover fabric. The safety standard for auto seat-cover fabrics and commonly-used fabrics were introduced. The research status of the flame retardant finishing process were introduced from the perspectives of development of flame retardant fiber,the flame retardant finishing technology and the development of the flame retardancy. The research status,advantages and disadvantages of halogen flame retardant and halogen-free flame retardant were compared and analyzed,pointing out that the flame retardant finishing technology of the future auto seat fabrics should be developed to halogen-free,non-toxic,stable and high efficient direction. The emphasis was made on improving the efficiency of the non-halogen flame retardants,the synergistic effects of various flame retardants,the introduction of new technology and new materials and reduction of the release of toxic and harmful indicators.
