摘要 目的:应用响应面法优化走马胎总三萜最佳超声提取工艺。方法:以总三萜提取率为指标,在单因素试验基础上,通过响应面法考察乙醇体积分数、料液比、超声功率对总三萜提取率的影响。采用UV测定总三萜含量,检测波长549 nm。结果:最佳提取工艺条件为加50倍量60%乙醇于300 W,40℃超声提取2次,每次30min。总三萜提取率6.88%,与理论值6.83%偏差较小。结论:响应面分析法优选走马胎总三萜提取工艺可行性较好,可为该药用资源的开发与利用提供实验依据。 Objective: To optimize extraction process of total triterpenoids from Ardisia Gigantifolia Stapf..Methods: With yield of total triterpenoids as index, based on single factor experiments, response surface methodology was adopted to optimize extraction process by taking ethanol concentration, liquid-solid ratio and ultrasonic power as factors. UV was employed to determine the content of total triterpenoids at 549 nm. Results: Optimum technological conditions were as follows: extracted twice with 50 times the amount of 60% ethanol at 300 W and40 ℃ for 30 min of per time; yield of total triterpenoids was 6.88 %,whose deviation was small by comparing with the theoretical value of 6.83%. Conclusion: Response surface analysis used in optimization of total triterpenoids is feasible and this study can provide experimental basis for development and utilization of this plant.
