Nd:YAG激光对感染根管内毒素的灭活效果

Comparison of the clearup effect of two disinfection methods on the endotoxin level in the infected root canals

目的探讨Nd:YAG激光消毒对慢性根尖周炎患牙感染根管内毒素的清除灭活效果。方法选择临床诊断为慢性根尖周炎的单根管患牙20例,常规镍钛器械预备后分别采用Nd:YAG激光照射消毒和传统氢氧化钙根管内封药两种根管消毒方法,检测两组患牙治疗前后根管内内毒素的含量变化。结果 Nd:YAG激光消毒组治疗前后内毒素水平分别为57.974EU/ml,0.032EU/ml(P<0.01);氢氧化钙封药组治疗前后内毒素水平分别为56.925EU/ml,0.042EU/ml(P<0.01);两组治疗后内毒素水平的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 50mj,15 Hz Nd:YAG激光照射60s对感染根管内毒素清除效果好。

Objective To study the clearup effect of Nd：YAG laser disinfection on the endotoxin level in root canals of chronic apical periodontitis. Methods Twenty teeth with single root canal clinically diagnosed with chronic apical periodontitis were randomized into two groups. After root canal preparation with nickel-titanium instrument, they were treated with Nd：YAG laser disinfection and calcium hydroxide disinfection respectively. The concentration of endotoxin in the root canals were detected before and after treatments. Results The average concentration of endotoxin in Nd：YAG laser disinfection group was 57.974 EU/ml and 0.032 EU/ml before and after treatment（P〈0.01）. The average concentration of endotoxin in calcium hydroxide disinfection group was 56.925 EU/ml and 0.042 EU/ml before and after treatment（P〈0.01）. There was no difference between the two groups after treatments（P〉0.05）.Conclusion 50 mj, 15 Hz Nd：YAG laser disinfection have a good effect on the clearup effect of endotoxin level in the infected root canals.
