氟保护漆与GC护牙素在正畸治疗中抑制牙釉质脱矿的临床效果研究

Clinical effect of fluoride varnish and GC tooth mousse in inhibiting enamel demineralization during orthodontic treatment

目的探讨在牙齿正畸治疗中应用GC护牙素和氟保护漆的效果。方法选取2013年1月至2015年10月到我院口腔科进行固定正畸的患者,按病例纳入标准入选99例。随机分为三组,其中33例患者在口腔正畸治疗过程中使用GC护牙素抑制牙釉质脱矿,所得数据记Ⅰ小组;另外33例患者则应用氟保护漆进行预防,所得数据记Ⅱ小组;33例患者不使用牙釉质保护药剂,所得数据记对照组。结果在正畸治疗6个月、12个月、治疗结束时实验组两组患者脱矿指数均无明显差异(P>0.05),实验组两组患者牙齿治疗后三个时间段内DD值也无明显差异(P>0.05)。但实验组脱矿指数和DD值均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论口腔正畸治疗中应用GC护牙素和氟保护漆均可有效抑制牙釉质脱矿的程度,尽可能的保证牙齿健康。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of fluoride varnish and GC tooth mousse on enamel demineralization during orthodontic treatment. Methods During January 2013 and October 2015, objects of study were patients who admitted to the Department of Stomatology in our hospital for orthodontic treatment. Finally, a total of 99 patients were finally incorporated according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Enrolled patients were then divided into three groups, of which 33 patients used GC tooth mousse to inhibit enamel demineralization during orthodontic treatment, and corresponding data were summarized in group I. Another 33 patients were treated with fluoride varnish, and data were recorded in group II. The remaining 33 patients did not use any enamel protective agents, and were classified in the control group. Results At 6 months and 12 months after orthodontic treatment, and at the end of treatment, there was no significant difference in enamel demineralization index between the two experimental groups（P〉0.05）. Meanwhile, no significant difference was found in DD value between the above two groups in the three time periods after treatment（P〉0.05）. However, the enamel demineralization index and DD value in the two experimental groups were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of GC tooth mousse and fluoride varnish can effectively inhibit the degree of enamel demineralization during orthodontic treatment, so as to ensure dental health as much as possible.
