国内灾害救援事业发展及启示

Development and implications of China＇s disaster rescue

近年来，灾害不断发生，灾害救援已成为全球热点。美国、日本两国的灾害救援事业发展较为成熟、体系较为完善，相比较我国灾害救援事业起步晚，还处于探索阶段。本文通过综述美国、日本、中国三国的灾害救援事业的研究现状，阐述对未来我国灾害救援事业建设的启示。

In recent years, disasters have continued and disaster rescue has become a global hotspot. The development of disaster rescue in the United States and Japan is relatively mature and the system is relatively complete. In contrast, China＇s disaster rescue starts late and is still in its infancy. This paper tries to summarize the research status of disaster rescue in the United States, Japan and China and illustrate its implications to China＇s disaster rescue in the future.
