Expectation of patients in the observation room of Emergency Department on nursing behavior: a qualitative study

摘要 目的运用质性分析探讨急诊留观室患者期待的护理行为。方法采用质性研究中现象学的方法,2016年12月对北京协和医院27例急诊留观室患者进行半结构式深度访谈,描述患者就诊时亲身的经历,捕捉真实体验。采用Colaizzi分析法对资料进行阅读、分析、反思、分类、提炼和归纳。结果提炼出8个主题:就诊环境,病情告知,换位思考,情感支持,护理技术,信息传递,健康教育和行为礼仪。结论建立以患者为核心的研究思路和方法,了解急诊留观室患者内心真实的体验,采取针对性的护理措施,可进一步促进急诊护理行为的改善。 Objective To explore the nursing behavior expectation of the patients in the observation room of Emergency Department using qualitative analysis. Methods Using the phenomenological research method in qualitative analysis, semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted among the 27 cases of patients in the observation room of Emergency Department to describe personal emergency treatment experience and capture the real feeling. The data were explored by reading, analysis, reflection, classification, extraction and induction according to Colaizzi analysis. Results Finally, 8 themes were refined, including: medical treatment environment, disease notification, transposition thinking, emotional support, nursing technology, information transmission, health education and behavior etiquette. Conclusions To establish the research ideas and methods based on the patients, to understand the real experience of emergency patients and to take targeted nursing measures can further promote the improvement of emergency nursing behavior.
