摘要
目前，感染已经成为影响肝移植受体预后的首要原因，尤其是多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌（MDRAB）的感染。本文从肝移植术后MDRAB感染的流行病学现状、危险因素、预防和护理措施等方面进行综述，以期为MDRAB感染的预防和控制提供参考依据。
At present, infections has become the primary cause affecting the outcomes of liver transplant recipients, especially the infections by multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii. This article reviews the current literature regarding the epidemiological characteristics and risk factors of MDRAB infections in liver transplant recipients, and summarizes current preventive and nursing measures.
