摘要
自然流产的高发对人类生殖的影响愈加明显,且病因复杂。其原因主要包括环境影响因素及遗传学因素。环境因素主要包括自然因素、生物因素、内分泌因素及免疫因素、生殖道畸形及高龄等其它因素。遗传因素主要指染色体及基因异常。本文就以上相关因素的国内外研究进展作一综述。
The high morbidity of spontaneous abortion makes it has serious influence to the human reproduction. Its etiology is very complicated. The main causes include environmental factors and hereditary factors. The environmental factors include nature factors,biology factors,endocrine factors and immunity factors. The hereditary factors include the abnormal of chromosomes and gene. We review the improvement of the related researches in this paper.
