摘要
针对北京市场上的砂石质量现状,经常有含泥量较高的砂进入搅拌站被应用于生产,对使用聚羧酸高性能减水剂生产的混凝土质量和性能影响较大。因此,论文通过选取不同含泥量的砂子对混凝土进行新拌性能和强度试验,验证砂含泥量对掺聚羧酸高效减水剂混凝土性能的影响,结果表明,砂的含泥量较高时,使掺聚羧酸高性能减水剂的混凝土性能明显下降,从而对混凝土质量和成本造成巨大影响。搅拌站应挑选优质砂以满足混凝土质量要求。
Aiming at the status quo of sand quality on the Beijing market, often with high mud sand into the mixing station being used in production. The use of high performance polycarboxylate superplasticizer affects the quality and performance of concrete production greatly.Therefore, paper carries the new mixing performance and strength test of concrete through selecting the sand with different silt content, to verify the effect of silt content of the sand on the concrete performance with polycarboxylate superplasticizer, the results show that the when the silt content of the sand is higher, the concrete performance with polycarboxylate superplasticizer is lower, it has huge effect on the concrete quality and cost. The mixing station should select high quality sand to meet the requirement of concrete.
