基础结构的稳固性与建筑工程的质量、安全性及经济效益紧密相关。桩基础作为最常见的建筑物基础的类型,对于工程的建设质量效果至关重要。论文分析现阶段我国建筑桩基工程管理中显现的缺陷和不足,介绍建筑桩基工程施工技术,提出建筑桩基工程施工管理的关键点,给相关工程提供参考。

The stability of infrastructure is closely related to the quality, safety and economic benefits of construction projects. As the most common type of building foundation, pile foundation is very important to the quality of construction projects. This paper analyze the defects and disadvantages of building pile foundation engineering management in current stage of China, introduces the construction technology of building pile foundation, puts forward the key points of construction management of building pile foundation engineering, to provide reference for related engineering.
