摘要
针对吉安市新干县峡江G105北澳线大中修工程利用沥青发泡技术将废弃的路面铣刨材料重新再生利用,论文对柔性基层泡沫沥青就地冷再生配合比进行了试验研究,通过对铣刨料、水泥、发泡沥青等原材料进行试验,确定沥青发泡温度、发泡用水量、最佳含水率、最佳泡沫沥青用量以及目标配合比,为泡沫沥青就地冷再生在国省道大中修的应用提供参考。
According to the large and medium repairing engineering of North Bei Ao line of Xiajiang G105 in Xingan county of Ji'an City, this project uses the asphalt foaming technology to reutilize the milling material of abandoned road. In this paper, we test and research the onsite cold regeneration mix ratio of flexible base foam asphalt, use the raw materials of milling material, cement, foam asphalt and so on to test, then ensure the asphalt foaming temperature, foaming water, optimum water content, optimum amount of foam asphalt and target mix ratio, to provide reference for the application of onsite cold regeneration of foam asphalt in the large and medium repairing of national or provincial highway.
