以电力工程项目管理和精细化管理为研究对象,通过对电力工程建设管理现状、项目管理中存在的问题以及精细化管理策略进行分析研究,为促进电力工程建设发展提供参考性建议。

In this paper, the project management and fine management of power project are taken as the research object. Through the analysis of the present situation of power project construction management, the problems existing in project management and the meticulous management strategies are analyzed, this paper provides some suggestions for promoting the development of power project construction.
