摘要
历史水文气象资料在海洋工程勘察业务中有重要的指导意义。论文结合海洋工程勘察业务的特点,探讨了历史水文气象资料在海洋工程勘察领域中的可能应用形式。(1)结合工程勘察船舶作业能力,利用南海海域近10年的有效波高和风速资料,定量分析了南海各区块适宜作业的月平均天数,其可以用于评估项目工期,指导投标报价;(2)利用历史热带气旋路径和强度数据,结合南海陵水项目作业特点,分析了未来1年中可能影响作业海区热带气旋的发生频次,用于指导项目安排与计划。
The historical hydrometeorological data plays a significant role in instructing the marine engineering investigation. Considering the characteristics of the marine engineering investigation, the possible application forms of historical hydrometeorological information data in marine engineering investigation are studied in this paper. Combined with the operation capability of survey vessel, we analyze the month-averaged days suitable for the operation based on the significant wave height and wind speed data during the recent 10 years, which can be used in evaluating the project period and instructing the tender offer. We also combine the historical best track and intensity data of the tropical cyclones with the Lingshui project's feature in the South China Sea to predict the amount of potential tropical cyclone in the following year which will affect the sea area, which can be used to instruct the project's schedule and plan.
