摘要
针对铁路应急通信系统现有设备,在无需修改和重新开发软件的前提下,提出采用手机通信软件解决GSM-R网区段和非GSM-R网区段铁路应急通信问题,提高事故现场的语音、图像传送效率,保证铁路局(总公司)应急抢险指挥中心及时了解现场的实际状况,确保实施救援调度指挥。
As for existing equipment of railway emergency communication system, it is proposed that using mobile phone communication with or without the coverage of GSM-R network without modifying or developing any software. By improving the efficiency of voice and image transmission, it can be ensured that the emergency command center of China Railway Corporation can master actual situation of the emergency spots and safeguard the dispatching and command.
