基于空间句法的城市路网形态对酒店布局影响研究

The Study of Spatial Distribution under the Effect of the Urban Road Network on the Hotel Industry based on Space Syntax Method

酒店行业对城市服务业的作用举足轻重,新形势下研究酒店布局对解决供需矛盾、优化产业结构有着重要的意义。城市路网形态能够反映城市空间结构,是影响酒店布局的重要因素。选取上海市中心城区2015年地面道路数据和酒店业数据,应用空间句法研究城市路网形态、酒店业空间分布布局,并进一步基于GIS叠加分析探讨城市路网形态对酒店业布局的影响。结果表明:城市路网及结构的可达性和依赖性是影响酒店布局的重要因素之一。酒店总体布局与城市路网形态一致,分布模式呈现多核心聚集式,在人民广场、火车站形成主核心区,并在中山公园、豫园、斜土路西藏南路、提篮桥区域形成多个次核心集聚区,各档次酒店聚集程度以及分布核心差异和分化明显,高低档酒店表现出更强烈的区域选择性。局部路网空间集成度及影响因子与酒店布局相关性更为明显,表现出更强烈的中心性和依赖性。

The hotel industry plays a crucial role in the urban services.Under the new situation,it is of great significance to study the layout of the hotel to solve the contradiction between supply and demand and optimize the industrial structure.Urban road network form can reflect the urban spatial structure,which is an important factor affecting the hotel layout.By selecting the hotel industry data and ground road data of Shanghai downtown in 2015,this paper uses the spatial syntax to analyze the spatial distribution patterns and urban road network status of the regional hotel industry,and further explore the effects of urban road network patterns on the layout of the hotel industry,with GIS based on the space syntax theory taken into consideration.As the findings show,the accessibility and dependence of urban road network and structure is one of the important factors that affect the layout of hotels.The overall layout of hotels is in accordance with the pattern of the urban road network,and the distribution pattern presents a multi-core aggregative style：the People＇s Square and the railway station form the main core area,while Zhongshan Park,Yuyuan Garden,Xietu Road,Xizang South Road and Tilanqiao area form multi-subcore aggregative areas.The aggregation degrees and distribution cores have obvious differences and differentiation in different grades of hotels,with high and low-level hotels showing more intense expressions in terms of regional options.The spatial integration degree and influential factors of local road network have a more obvious connection with the layout of hotels and show stronger centrality and dependence.
