摘要
以聚四亚甲基醚二醇(PTMG)、六次亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)、二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯(TPGDA)、三乙胺(TEA)和偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为原料,先合成端异氰酸酯基团聚氨酯预聚物,再制备端丙烯酸酯基团预聚物,经成盐、乳化后,进行乳液聚合制得聚氨酯丙烯酸酯乳液。研究了HDI/(HDI+IPDI)摩尔比对聚氨酯乳液粘度、粒径和粘接性能等性能的影响。实验结果表明:随着HDI/(HDI+IPDI)摩尔比的增大,乳液粘度和粒径呈先增大后减小,然后再增大,总体呈增大趋势,拉伸剪切强度总体上呈减小趋势,在HDI/(HDI+IPDI)=0.083时,乳液粒径、粘度和拉伸剪切强度最大,粒径为334 nm,粘度为3 970 cP,拉伸剪切强度为1.67 MPa;在HDI/(HDI+IPDI)=0.167时,乳液粒径、粘度和拉伸剪切强度出现最小值。
The polyurethane acrylate emulsion was synthesized with polytetramethylene glycol(PTMG),hexamethylene diisocyanate(HDI) and isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA),triethylamine(TEA),azodiisobutyronitrile(AIBN) and tripropylene glycol diacrylate(TPGDA) as raw materials.The prepolymer of isocyanate group polyurethane was synthesized first and then the prepolymer of acrylate group was prepared.After salification,emulsification and emulsion polymerization,the polyurethane acrylate emulsion was synthesized.The effect of HDI/(HDI+IPDI) molar ratio on particle size and viscosity of emulsion and adhesive property were studied.The experimental results showed that,with the increase of HDI/(HDI+IPDI) molar ratio in prepolymer,the viscosity and particle size of emulsion increased first and then decreased,then increased.When HDI/(HDI+IPDI)=0.083,the viscosity and particle size of emulsion were highest at 3 970 cP and 334 nm,and the tensile shear strength was the best at 1.67 MPa.The particle size,viscosity,tensile shear strength were the lowest when HDI/(HDI+IPDI)=0.167.
