高阻隔PLA油瓶的制备及性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 以乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物(EVOH)为阻隔剂,与聚乳酸(PLA)通过熔融共混,然后注拉吹得到高阻隔PLA油瓶。对PLA/EVOH油瓶及共混物的热性能、力学性能、阻隔性能、熔体强度和分子量进行了研究。结果表明,EVOH的加入改善了PLA的阻隔性。随着EVOH含量(2%~10%)的增加,聚乳酸油瓶的阻氧性能提高59%~63%,阻水性能提高32~37%。而且,EVOH的加入也提高了PLA/EVOH共混物的拉伸强度及油瓶的垂直载压性能。熔体强度测试结果表明,随着EVOH含量的增加,PLA/EVOH共混物的熔融指数降低。 Ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer(EVOH) as the barrier agent was melted and blended with polylactic acid(PLA) to prepare high-barrier PLA oil bottles by the injection stretch blow moulding process.The thermal performance,barrier properties,melt strength and molecular weight of the PLA/EVOH oil bottles were studied.The results showed that the addition of EVOH improved the barrier performance of the PLA.With the increase of the EVOH content(2%-10%),the barrier performance of the oil bottle was greatly improved,and the oxygen barrier performance of the oil bottle was increased by 59%-63%,and the water barrier performance was increased by 32%-37%.At the same time,the addition of EVOH also increased the tensile strength of PLA/EVOH blends and the vertical load performance of oil bottles.Melt strength test results showed that the increase of EVOH content caused the melt index of PLA/EVOH blends to decrease.
