摘要
污泥干化芦苇床是一种新型的污泥处理系统。在城市污水处理过程中会有大量剩余污泥产生,剩余污泥本身富含植物生长必需的营养物质,可以作为植物及农作物生长的有机肥料,但同时含有重金属等有害物质,这些物质会影响污泥的生物毒性。此篇文章运用发光细菌法对大连大开污水厂污泥样品的生物毒性进行了测定,发现污泥干化芦苇床和普通干化床表层污泥生物毒性随季节变化不大,均保持在低毒性水平。底层污泥生物毒性随季节变化,在夏秋季节达到最低值,污泥干化芦苇床底层生物毒性相比普通干化床生物毒性要更低。
The sludge drying reed bed is a new kind of sludge treatment technology.In the process of municipal waste water treatment,a large amount of surplus sludge is often produced,surplus sludge itself is rich in nutrients necessary for plant growth,but it also contains heavy metals and other harmful substances,these substances can affect the biological toxicity of the sludge.In this paper,the biological toxicity of sludge from Dalian development zone sewage treatment plant was detected by using luminescent bacteria.It was found that the biological toxicity of sludge drying reed bed and common dry bed sludge had not significant change with seasons,and was kept at a low toxicity level.The biological toxicity of the bottom sludge varied with seasons,and reached the lowest value in summer and autumn seasons.The biological toxicity of sludge drying reed bed was lower than that of common dry bed.
