化工类高校实验室危险性分析与通风设计研究 被引量:1

摘要 以沈阳化工大学某化工实验室为例,分析化工实验室危险性和防爆通风系统设计难点。探讨实验室通风系统设计,介绍换气次数、通风量以及风机布置。并提出化工实验室内加设可燃气体探测器并与事故通风联动、实验室内应选用防爆型风机的建议。以上方法均有效控制了实验室内泄漏扩散的可燃气体,降低了实验室发生火灾、爆炸的危险。 Taking a chemical laboratory in Shenyang University of Chemical Technology as an example,risks in the laboratory were analyzed as well as the difficulties in the design of explosion-proof ventilation system.The design of the ventilation system in the laboratory was discussed.The ventilation rate,ventilation quantity and fan arrangement were introduced.And some suggestions were put forward,such as installing combustible gas detectors and realizing its linkage with emergency ventilation,choosing explosion-proof fans in the laboratory.The methods above control the leakage combustible gas effectively,reducing the risks of fire and explosion.
