充氮气钻井技术在BY1井区的应用 被引量:2

摘要 通过克百断裂带构造钻探邻井资料分析,BY1井所钻三开段风城组和目的层佳木河组存在储层岩性变化快、可钻性差、裂缝发育等地质风险。出于保护油气层、减少井漏事故发生的目的和分析氮气钻井可行性,在BY1井三开、四开段实施充氮气欠平衡钻井技术。通过对氮气钻井勘探开发的技术总结,分析克百断裂带在运用氮气钻井提速方面应注重的技术措施,从而达到有效控制井漏、及时发现油气藏、提高机械钻速和降低勘探成本的目的。 Through analysis of drilling proximal well data in Kebai fault zone structure,BY1 well drilled three sections of Fengcheng and reservoir of Jiamuhe formation has geological risks of fast lithology change,poor drillability and fracture development.In order to protect the reservoir,reduce the occurrence of well lost accidents and analyze the feasibility of nitrogen drilling,application of nitrogen-filled underbalanced drilling technology in the three and four sections of BY1 was carried out.Through summary of the exploration and development of nitrogen drilling,the technical measures that should be taken into account in the application of nitrogen drilling in Kebai fault zone were analyzed,to effectively control the lost,discover oil and gas reservoirs,increase the rate of penetration and reduce exploration costs.
