摘要
教学智慧是教学专业化的理想境界,也是当前教师教育着力发展的方向。教学智慧与教学经验、教学知识息息相关,教学经验通过符号系统转变为教学知识,教学知识经过顿悟系统生成教学智慧,或者教学经验直接通过优化系统,借助缄默性知识生成教学智慧。教学专业情感、教学专业知识与教学专业实践是教学智慧生成的重要条件,在教学情感、教学经验、教学知识与教学实践的共同作用下,教学智慧终将显现。
Teaching wisdom is the ideal state of teaching specialisation and the development direction of the teacher education.Teaching wisdom is closely related to the teaching experience and teaching knowledge,teaching experience via the symbol system could transform into teaching knowledge,and teaching knowledge via insight system could generate teaching wisdom.Furthermore,teaching experience via the optimising system and virtue of implicit knowledge could generate teaching wisdom.Teaching professional emotion,professional knowledge and professional practice are the important conditions to generate teaching wisdom,and teaching wisdom will emerge under the function of teaching emotion,teaching experience,teaching knowledge and teaching practice.
