2016年巴彦淖尔市居民死因及减寿分析

Analysis of death causes and life lost of residents in Bayannaoer City in 2016

目的了解巴彦淖尔市居民死亡的主要疾病构成及其分布规律,为制定疾病防治策略提供依据。方法巴彦淖尔市疾病预防控制中心人口死亡信息登记管理系统报告中2016年居民死亡病例进行统计分析。结果 2016年巴彦淖尔市共报告死亡病例8 497例,死亡率为575.38/10万,标化死亡率为589.99/10万;其中男性死亡5 286例,死亡率为692.91/10万,标化死亡率为704.01/10万;女性死亡3 211例,死亡率为449.78/10万,标化死亡率为470.61/10万。男性死亡率高于女性(χ2=341.85,P<0.01)。前五位死因依次为心脏病(196.92/10万)、恶性肿瘤(120.26/10万)、脑血管疾病(106.25/10万)、损伤及中毒(43.47/10万)和呼吸系统疾病(37.18/10万)。损伤及中毒在潜在减寿年数(potential years of life lost,PYLL)、平均减寿年(average years of life lost,AYLL)中均占首位。恶性肿瘤前五位死因依次为肺癌(17.89/10万)、胃癌(12.76/10万)、肝癌(12.52/10万)、结肠、直肠和肛门癌(5.96/10万)、胰腺癌(4.05/10万),男性死亡率高于女性。PYLL肺癌居首位。女性AYLL乳腺癌居首位。结论心脏病、恶性肿瘤、脑血管疾病、损伤及中毒已成为巴彦淖尔市居民死亡的主要原因。

Objective To understand the death causes and life lost of residents in Bayannaoer,and to provide evidence for disease prevention and control. Methods The death data of residents recorded in the mortality information registration management system in Inner Mongolia Bayannaoer Center for Disease Control and Prevention in 2016 were retrieved and statistically analyzed. Results A total of 8 497 death cases in 2016 were reported with the overall mortality rate of 575.38 per 10 000 population and standardized mortality rate of589.99 per 10 000 population.5 286 deaths were male residents with the mortality rate and standardized mortality rate of 692.91 and 704.01 per 10 000 population,3 211 death cases were women with the mortality rate and standardized mortality rate of 449.78 and 470.61 per 10 000 population.The mortality rate of men was higher than that of women（χ2=341.85,P〈0.01）.The top five death causes were heart diseases,malignant tumors,cerebrovascular diseases,injuries and poisonings and respiratory diseases.While,injuries and poisonings were the top causes in potential years of life lost（PYLL）and average years of life lost（AYLL）.The top five malignant tumors were lung cancer,gastric cancer,liver cancer,colon,rectum and anus cancer and pancreatic cancer.Lung cancer was the top cause of PYLL and breast cancer was the top cause of AYLL among female residents. Conclusions Heart diseases,malignant tumors,cerebrovascular diseases,injuries and poisonings are the major causes of death of residents in Bayannaoer City.
