家庭生命周期对农户农地流转意愿的影响研究——基于福建省1570份调查问卷的实证分析

Analysis of Family Life Cycle on the Willingness of Farm Land Transfer: Based on 1570 Questionnaire Data of Fujian Province

研究目的:不同家庭生命周期对于农户土地转入与转出意愿的影响。研究方法:采用二项Logistic回归模型,利用福建省2015年9地市1570份农户问卷调查数据,研究了家庭生命周期农户土地转入与转出意愿的影响因素及程度。研究结果:(1)与年轻夫妇家庭相比,成长型的核心家庭、成熟型的核心家庭和扩大的家庭土地转入意愿分别高出了77.6%、30.8%、42.9%,而其转出土地的意愿则分别降低了76.6%、34.5%、51.7%。(2)不同家庭生命周期阶段对于农户土地的转入转出意愿影响显著不同。研究结论:需要根据不同的家庭类型制定不同的农地流转政策,同时加强成熟型的核心家庭中职业农民的培养。

The purpose of this paper is to analyze how family life cycle stages affect the decision of farmer＇s land operation scale. The method employed is the empirical study by using 1570 questionnaire data from 9 cities of Fujian Province in 2015. The empirical result shows that 1）The willingness of nuclear family, mature family and expanding family to transfer in farmland are respectively 77.6%, 30.8%, 42.9% higher than that of young couple families. In addition, the willingness to transfer out farmland are respectively 76.6%、34.5%、51.7% lower than young couple families. 2）Different family life cycle stages have different impacts on the willingness to transfer in or transfer out farmland. It is concluded that it is necessary to make different farmland transfer policies according to different family types, and to strengthen the cultivation of professional farmers in the mature core family.
