信息社会指数实证分析与对策研究——以河南省为例

Empirical Study of Informatinal Society Indexes and Countermeasures:A Case Study of Henan Province

本文以河南省信息社会指数为研究对象,采用回归分析和定量分析相结合的方法,从2015年河南省信息社会指数入手,提出信息社会发展的三条途径:加强网络基础设施建设和应用、优化产业结构、提高创新指数。为传统产业与信息产业的融合发展提供数据支撑,进而促进信息产业的高速发展,探究社会信息化发展的合理模式。

The informational society indexes of Henan province in 2015 are analyzed with quantitative analysis---regression analysis. Based on the study, three ways are put forward for the development of information society, i.e. to put more effort to the construction and application of the internet infrastructure, to optimize the industrial structure, and to improve the innovation index. It is intended to provide data support for the integrative development of traditional industry and information industry, so as to promote the information industry development and to find an appropriate mode of information society development.
