特种车辆罐内保洁装置的设计

摘要 特种车辆其罐内经特殊方法清洗及处理后,为防止空气中的灰尘、杂物及仪器调试时产生的污染,需要在封罐前用无水乙醇进行保洁处理。保洁作业是容器与介质接触前的最后一道环节,对介质安全起到致命影响。若保洁工作不到位,引发介质安全问题,后果往往非常严重。特种车辆是一种手持式多功能清洁装置,它通过除尘、喷洗、擦拭、回收等功能,能在不产生二次污染的情况下有效对罐内进行保洁,从而达到介质安全。 Special vehicle tank after special cleaning and treatment,In order to prevent the dust,sundries and the pollutants produced in the debugging of the air,it is necessary to use anhydrous ethanol for cleaning.Cleaning operation is the last link before the contact between the container and the medium,which has a fatal impact on the safety of the medium.If the cleaning work is defective and the medium security problem is caused,the consequences are very serious. The cleaning device for special vehicle can be a hand-held multi-functional cleaning device. It can effectively clean the tank body without dust pollution,spray cleaning,wipe,recovery and other functions,so as to ensure the safety of media storage.
