陈华德教授治疗眩晕病的临证经验及学术思想研究

Study on Professor Chen Huade's Clinical Experience and Academic Thought in Treating Vertigo

目的总结陈华德教授治疗眩晕病的临床经验及学术思想。方法通过查阅文献,跟师学习,收集、分析临床典型病例资料,归纳、总结出陈华德教授诊治眩晕病的临床经验及学术思想。结果陈教授认为眩晕的病因可分为颈源性、脑源性、耳源性三大类。气血亏虚,髓海失养为根本病机。陈教授重视辨证与辨病相结合,运用特色疗法治疗眩晕病,临床效果颇佳,充分体现出针灸的治疗优势,值得开展研究总结。结论运用陈教授对眩晕病的治疗经验,能够正确辨析病机并有效治疗眩晕病,为眩晕的临床实践做出指导,具有一定的临床指导意义和市场推广价值。

Objective： To summarise Professor Chen Huade＇s clinical experience and academic thought in treating vertigo. Method： The clinical experience and academic thought of Professor Chen Huade＇s diagnosis and treatment of vertigo were summed up and summarized by consulting the literature,studying with the teacher,collecting and analyzing the clinical data of typical cases. Result： Professor Chen believes that vertigo can be divided into three categories： cervicogenic vertigo,cerebral vertigo and aural vertigo. Qi and blood deficiency and spinal marrow malnutrition are the fundamental pathogenesis. He also attaches great importance to the combination of syndrome and disease differentiation,and uses characteristic therapy to treat vertigo,with good clinical results,which fully embodies the advantages of acupuncture treatment,and worthy of research. Conclusion： The use of Professor Chen＇s experience in the treatment of vertigo can correctly identify the pathogenesis and effectively treat vertigo,providing guidance for the clinical practice of vertigo,and has certain clinical significance and market promotion value.
