远程医疗技术在地震救援中应用的分析

Analysis of Telemedicine Rescue in Jiuzhaigou Earthquake

目的探索远程医疗在地震救援中的作用,为使用远程医疗技术进行应急医疗救援提供参考。方法对九寨沟地震后收集四川大学华西医院开展远程会诊、网络门诊、网络图文咨询等远程医疗救援数据进行分析。结果九寨沟地震远程医疗救援完成远程会诊7次,网络门诊11次,网络图文咨询41次,共涉及16个专科。结论远程医疗救援具有时效性强、患者覆盖广、医疗专业适应性好等特征,可以作为灾害救援中灾区前线应急医疗救援和后方医院转诊治疗的有益补充。远程医疗救援应用于灾害救援对基础设施依赖性高,具有一定局限性。

Objective To explore the function of telemedicine technology in the earthquake rescue.Methods Analysis the telemedicine rescue data of West China hospital of sichuan university for Jiuzhaigou earthquake. Results The telemedicine rescue of Jiuzhaigou earthquake carried out 7 remote consultations,11 network outpatients and 41 times of network graphic and text consultation, involving 16 clinical specialties. Conclusions Telemedicine, with the characteristics of strong timeliness and wide coverage,can be used in disaster relief. However, the application of telemedicine rescue in disaster relief relies on the infrastructure and has certain limitations.
