摘要
为提高医疗卫生机构上传的数据质量,天津市区域卫生平台开展了对医疗机构上传数据的质控工作,其质控方式和方法也在不断的改进与完善,对提高数据质量起到了较好的效果。本文通过对天津市区域卫生平台数据质控方式方法的研究,介绍了天津市质控方式的发展过程,以及对目前采用表单的完整性、及时率、上传率、主索引率进行综合考核的质控方法。
In order to improve the quality of regional health data which uploaded by Tianjin medical and health institutions, Tianjin has carried out the quality control of the data in regional health platform. Quality control methods are constantly improved has showed good effect. Through the study of the Tianjin city regional health data platform for quality control, this paper introduces the development process of quality control method for comprehensive evaluation of form integrity, timeliness, upload rate and main index rate currently in use.
