摘要
以锦州市卫生信息平台为研究对象,列举出平台运行过程中暴露出的诸多问题,对平台具备优势和医疗卫生行业驱动力加以分析,从诸多方面对平台建成后运营模式提出构想,旨在以多元化角度探索解决平台运营问题。
As the health information platform is widely used in all over the world, some operational problems gradually expose, and the bottleneck generated from the input of funds has become obstacles of the operation, maintenance and upgrade of health information platform in various areas. Taking the health information platform of Jinzhou as the research object, this thesis lists many problems exposed in the operation process, analyzes the platform＇s advantages and the driving force of medical industry, and puts forward ideas of the operation model after completing the platform from many aspects, in order to explore and solve the platform＇s operating problems from a diversified perspective.
