摘要
新版住院病案首页的全面推行可提高医疗质量管理与控制,完整、正确的住院病案首页是开展各项医疗、管理、科研工作的充分条件。本文对目前住院病案首页漏报和缺失现状、缺失处理的相关情况以及漏报缺失可能产生的影响进行系统综述。
Full implementation of the newest edition home pages of medical records helps to improve management and control of medical quality. Complete and accurate home pages of medical records submitted are necessary for health service, administration, and scientific research. In this paper, we systematically reviewed the status quo of underreport and data missing of the home pages of medical records, processing of missing data and its potential impact.
