摘要
射频消融术是根治阵发性室上性心动过速的首选方法,但右侧旁道解剖结构特殊,可延长手术时间,降低手术成功率。Ensite NavX三维标测系统结合短暂的射线透视或无X线透视,可明显缩短右侧旁道患者射频消融术中X线透视时间,降低曝光剂量,减轻X线相关损伤,已广泛应用于复杂性心律失常如右侧旁道的射频消融治疗。本文就Ensite NavX三维标测系统引导下行射频消融术治疗右侧旁道的研究进展作一综述。
Radiofrequency ablation has become the preferred method for radical paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia,but the special anatomy of the right accessory payhway would prolong the operation time and lower the operation success rate.Ensite NavX three-dimensional mapping system,together with short X-ray or no X-ray fluoroscopy,has been widely used in radiofrequency ablation for complex arrhythmia as right accessory pathway,significantly shortening the X-ray fluoroscopy time and reducing the X-ray related injury in patients with right accessory pathway.This paper reviews the research progress of radiofrequency ablation guided by the Ensite NavX three-dimensional mapping system in the treatment of right accessory pathway.
