摘要
ICU患者面临的严峻挑战是多器官功能衰竭的进行性进展。ICU患者发生多器官功能衰竭的最新表现为持续性炎症、免疫抑制合并分解代谢综合征。适当的营养支持治疗可抑制ICU多器官功能衰竭患者免疫抑制合并分解代谢综合征。本文就ICU患者发生多器官功能衰竭的营养支持研究进展作一综述。
The current challenge for ICU patients is the progressive progression of multiple organ failure（MOF）.The most recent manifestation of MOF in ICU patients is persistent inflammation,immunosuppression and catabolism syndrome,which could be inhibited by proper nutritional support.This paper reviews the research progress of nutritional support in patients with MOF in ICU.
