缬沙坦联合阿托伐他汀治疗老年单纯收缩期高血压疗效观察

Observation on efficacy of valsartan combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of elderly isolated systolic hypertension

目的探究缬沙坦联合阿托伐他汀治疗老年单纯收缩期高血压临床疗效。方法 90例老年单纯收缩期高血压患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组采用缬沙坦药物治疗,观察组采用缬沙坦联合阿托伐他汀治疗。比较两组患者治疗后临床治效果、血压、脉压、总胆固醇水平、日常生活活动能力(ADL)评分。结果治疗后,观察组收缩压、舒张压、脉压、总胆固醇水平、ADL评分分别为(129.78±2.74)mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa)、(82.69±1.55)mmHg、(63.12±1.75)mmHg、(4.83±0.32)mmol/L、(95.75±1.45)分,优于对照组的(122.45±1.45)mmHg、(73.45±2.33)mmHg、(73.69±1.63)mmHg、(5.91±0.36)mmol/L、(89.23±1.32)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为95.56%,高于对照组的82.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与单一用药相比,缬沙坦联合阿托伐他汀治疗老年单纯收缩期高血压疾病不仅能提高临床治疗效果,更利于改善患者临床各项指标,该药物治疗方式具有独特的优势,值得临床大力推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of valsartan combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of elderly isolated systolic hypertension. Methods A total of 90 elderly patients with isolated systolic hypertension were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with valsartan, and the observation group was treated with valsartan combined with atorvastatin. Comparison were made on clinical treatment effect, blood pressure, pulse pressure, total cholesterol level and activity of daily living （ADL） score between the two groups. Results After treatment, the observation group had better systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, pulse pressure, total cholesterol level, and ADL score respectively as （129.78 ± 2.74） mm Hg （1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa） , （82.69 ± 1.55） mm Hg, （63.12 ± 1.75） mm Hg, （4.83 ± 0.32） mmol/L and （95.75 ± 1.45） points than （122.45 ± 1.45） mm Hg, （73.45 ± 2.33） mm Hg, （73.69 ± 1.63） mm Hg, （5.91 ± 0.36） mmol/L and （89.23 ± 1.32） points in the control group, and their difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The observation group had higher total treatment effective rate as 95.56% than 82.22% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with single-agent treatment, combination of valsartan and atorvastatin in the treatment of elderly isolated systolic hypertension can not only improve clinical treatment effect, but also improve the clinical indicators of patients. This drug therapy has unique advantages and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
