中国管理学者如何实现学术创业?——读彭维刚教授文章的体会

How Chinese Management Scholars Pursue Academic Entrepreneurship?——Insights from Professor Mike Peng’s Paper

中国管理实践所取得的巨大成就与异于西方的发展路径呼唤中国管理学者加快推动学术创业。笔者围绕彭维刚教授在构建制度基础理论的历程中总结出的学术创业经验阐述了自己得到的启发：在差异性与传承之间保持平衡是理论差异获得合法性的关键，根植于中国情境同时兼顾普适意义是研究的灵感之源，深入了解理论流派的范式和特征是东西方理论整合的前提，与国内外学者展开实质性合作则是调动优质资源的有效途径。笔者还结合彭教授指导论文写作的亲身经历强调了研究人员应从细微之处提升管理研究的规范性。本文对彭教授思想所做的理解与阐发不仅对学术创业有所裨益，对青年学者进行学术创新亦有帮助。

The great achievement and special development path of Chinese management practices call for Chinese scholars to advance academic entrepreneurship.The author elaborates the enlightenment from Professor Peng’s academic entrepreneurship experience of constructing the institution-based view of strategy.Keeping a balance between difference and inheritance is the key for theoretical innovation and legitimacy;Taking root in Chinese management situation and focusing on universal significance are the origin of inspiration;Deep understanding of the paradigms and characteristics of different schools of thoughts are the premise of integration;Substantial cooperation with foreign scholars is an effective way to utilize resources.The author also emphasizes the importance of remoteness for normative management research.The comprehension and elucidation of Professor Peng’s insight in this article are not only helpful for academic entrepreneurship,but also useful for academic innovation.
