中医药治疗急性湿疹的研究进展

Research Progress of Chinese Medicine in Treating Acute Eczema

急性湿疹是一种难治的临床常见皮肤病,患病者可出现水疱、皮肤糜烂渗出等症状,严重者可致皮肤坏死或溃疡进而泛发全身。近年来急性湿疹的发病趋势和复发率都不断上升,严重影响患者的身心健康及生活质量。中医药作为一种治疗急性湿疹的有效手段,其历史悠久,临床疗效显著,在降低急性湿疹的化学治疗副作用、防止病情反复发作方面有着良好的治疗效果。本文通过对近年来的相关文献进行整理分析,将有关湿疹的中医文献资料,加以归纳总结,从急性湿疹的病因、病机、中医药治疗的实验研究和临床研究方面进行综述,以期为急性湿疹的临床治疗提供理论依据。

Acute eczema is a difficult clinical common skin disease, patients can appear blisters, skin erosion, exudation and other symptoms, severe cases can cause skin necrosis or ulcers, and then generalized body. In recent years, the incidence and recurrence rate of acute eczema are rising, and seriously affect the physical and mental health and quality of life of patients. As an effective treatment of acute eczema, traditional Chinese medicine has a long history and remarkable clinical curative effect. It has a good therapeutic effect in reducing the side effects of acute eczema and preventing the recurrence of the disease. Through the analysis of relevant literature in recent years, the traditional Chinese medicine literature on eczema, to sum up the cause of acute eczema pathogenesis, reviewed the experimental and clinical study of traditional Chinese medicine, in order for the clinical treatment of acute eczema and provide a theoretical basis.
