填精通络法在治疗糖尿病性勃起功能障碍中的理论探讨

中医理论认为糖尿病属"消渴病",勃起功能障碍属"阳痿",糖尿病性勃起功能障碍是糖尿病常见的并发症,其根本的病因病机为肾精亏虚、血瘀脉络,治疗以补肾填精、活血通络为主,西医治疗尚无特效治疗手段,而中医药在治疗糖尿病性勃起功能障碍方面积累了丰富的临床经验。在不断思考及辨证的过程中得出行之有效的治疗方案,临床要抓住疾病的根本病机,施以辨证,四诊合参,随症加减,提高糖尿病性勃起功能障碍的临床疗效。

It is believed that diabetes is in the category of xiaoke in TCM and the erectile dysfunction is in the category of yangwei in TCM. Diabetic erectile dysfunction is the common complication of diabetes. The basic etiology and pathogenesis is kidney essence deficiency and blood stagnation in meridians and collaterals. The treating principle is tonifying the kidney,filling up the essence,activating blood circulation in collaterals. There is no particular effective approach to the disease in western medicine. TCM accumulates the rich clinical experiences in the treatment of it based on the syndrome differentiation. In clinical practice,the clinical effects of diabetic erectile dysfunction are improved through the syndrome differentiation,the combination of the four diagnostic methods and the individual prescription.
