摘要
研究以卤水和纯碱工业蒸汽氨为原料制备高纯氧化镁的方法,实现纯碱工业蒸氨汽的高效循环利用。将较优实验条件下得到的斜方晶系的4MgCO_3·Mg(OH)2_·4H_2O单晶体作为前驱体,分别在600、700、800、900℃条件下进行煅烧,对在不同锻烧温度下前驱体的形貌及组成进行表征。结果表明,随着煅烧温度的升高,晶体的择优生长方向未发生变化,但结晶度提高,产品粒径增大,微观形貌发生变化;当煅烧温度超过700℃后,锻烧温度对产品纯度基本不产生影响。
A process to prepare high purity Mg O with brine and industrial ammonia gas was introduced. 4MgCO3·Mg(OH)2·4H2O of orthorhombic crystal,prepared under the selected condition,was calcined at 600 ℃,700 ℃,800 ℃,and 900 ℃,respectively. Then,the products were characterized. The results suggested that with the increasing of calcination temperature,the crystal's prefered growing orientation remained the same,while the crystallinity and the size increased,and the micro-structures changed. The calcination temperature higher than 700 ℃ made no futher difference in the purity of the products.
