国家生态文明试验区旅游效率评价研究

Study on Tourism Efficiency Evaluation of National Ecological Civilization Experimental Zone

文章选取国家生态文明试验区为研究对象,构建一套全新的旅游效率评价指标体系,采用基于多投入多产出的非参数DEA-Malmquist指数法对2010—2016年国家生态文明试验区的旅游效率进行评价研究。结果表明：国家生态文明试验区的旅游综合效率为0.890,旅游全要素生产率年均保持9.6%的增长速度,并呈N型趋势。国家生态文明试验区旅游效率存在明显的地区差异,贵州省最高,江西省次之,福建省最低。规模效率和纯技术效率变化指数制约了旅游效率增长。

Selecting the national ecological civilization test area as the research object, this paper builds a new tourism efficiency evaluation index system, by using the non-parametric DEA-Malmquist index method based on multi-input and multi-output, to evaluate the tourism efficiency of the national ecological civilization experimental area in 2010-2016. The results show that the comprehensive tourism efficiency of the national ecological civilization experimental area is 0.890, and the total factor productivity growth of tourism maintains an average annual growth rate of 9.6%, following an N-type trend. There are obvious regional differences in the tourism efficiency of the national ecological civilization experimental area, which is the highest in Guizhou Province, followed by Jiangxi Province, and lowest in Fujian Province. The scale efficiency and pure technological efficiency change index restrict the growth of tourism efficiency.
