基于教师视角的卫生事业管理专业学生学习偏好质性研究

A qualitative study of learning preferences among students majoring in health management from teachers' perspective

摘要 目的:从教师视角分析卫生事业管理专业学生的学习偏好。方法:采用质性研究方法,对5所高校8名从事卫管专业教学的教师进行访谈收集资料。结果:发现考研、就业压力以及专业认同情况等对其学习偏好影响较大,其专业信息获取方式也存在非系统、非专业性等特点。结论:建议合理调整课程设置与考核内容,在此基础上促进学习交流,并加强专业认同感的培育与引导。 Objective To analyze learning preferences among students majoring in health management from teachers' perspective.Methods Qualitative interview method is used to explore 8 teachers' cognition from 5 universities about students' learning preferences.Results Pressure from postgraduate qualifying examination and job hunting as well as students' major self-identity influenced a lot on students' learning preferences,and their way of acquiring professional information was not systematic and professional.Conclusions It is proposed that curriculum provision and content of examination be adjusted so as to enhance learning communication and cultivate major self-identity.
